The Department of Information performs significant training activities. Employees of the Department teach the subjects for the students of all educational areas.

Methods and Systems of Artificial Intelligence

Educational subject “Methods and Systems of Artificial Intelligence” is a normative discipline of Bachelor’s training of  the training programme 6.050101 “Computer Science” and relates to a cycle of professional and practical training. The purpose of the subject consists in studying the basics of artificial intelligence based on the concept of intelligent agents.

Information Science and Systemology

Educational subject “Information Science and Systemology” belongs to a cycle of Bachelor’s natural-science training of  the training programme 6.040106 “Ecology, Environmental Protection and Balanced Use of Natural Resources”. Educational subject “Information Science and Systemology” is a standard discipline of the system of continuous training of the training programme “Ecology, Environmental Protection and Balanced Use of Natural Resources”.

UNIX-based Operating Systems

Educational subject belongs to a cycle of Bachelor’s selective training of the training programme 6.0080401 “Computer Science”, specialization “Internet Programming”. The training course is devoted to study of the principles of UNIX operating system design.

Educational subject “Technologies of WEB Applications Creation” belongs to a part of curriculum covering Bachelor’s selective training of the training programme 6.0080401 “Computer Science”.

The training course is devoted to developing WEB applications on the .NETFramework platform, study of .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET technologies, WEB-forms, architecture, configuration and deployment of WEB applications.

Educational subject “Theory of Decision Making” is taught as part of the training programme 6.050101 “Computer Science” and relates to a cycle of mandatory disciplines.  The purpose of the subject consists in studying the main tasks of decision making which are defined as tasks of options selection from a set of allowed values.

Educational subject “Methods and Systems of Decision Making Support” is taught as part of the training programme 8.050101 “Computer Science”, speciality “Information and Management Systems and Technologies” and relates to a cycle of self-selection disciplines of higher education establishments.

Educational subject “Computer Equipment and Programming” belongs to a cycle of Bachelor’s natural-science training of the training programme 6.090201 “Water Bioresources and Aquaculture”.

It is a standard discipline of the system of continuous training of the training programme “Water Bioresources and Aquaculture”. The purpose of the subject consists in development of students’ basic knowledge about modern information technologies, architecture of modern personal computers, operating systems and peripheral devices as well as acquisition of personal computer user skills, knowledge of using standard software for calculation and analytical, research and professional activities.

Educational subject “Information Management and Marketing” is a discipline of Master’s training, speciality 8.05010101 “Information and Management Systems and Technologies”. The purpose of the subject consists in study of information management and Marketing from the perspective of theory and practice of e-commerce systems.

Educational subject “Technologies of Distributed Applications Construction” is a Master’s training discipline of the training programme “Computer Science” of the speciality 8.05010101 “Information and Management Systems and Technologies”. The purpose of the subject consists in studying the main principles, methods and opportunities of technologies of distributed information systems construction, namely, studying their history, review and comparison of modern technologies such as sockets, Java-RMI and Microsoft.NET.

Educational subject “Technologies and Standards of Interaction in Global Networks” is taught as part of the training programme 6.050101 “Computer Science”. The training course is devoted to studying the modern level of WEB technologies and principles of Internet applications construction using modern technologies and standards of interaction in global networks.

Educational subject “Service-Oriented Information Systems” is a Master’s training discipline of the training programme “Computer Science” of the speciality 8.05010101 “Information and Management Systems and Technologies”, 8.05010105 “Computer Ecological and Economical Monitoring” and relates to a cycle of profession-oriented training. The training course is devoted to development of distributed applications on the .NETFramework platform, study of .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET technologies, architecture, configuration, deployment and use of WEB-services, familiarization with modern cloud service-oriented technologies.

Educational subject “Uncertain Programming” is part of a variable portion of Bachelor’s training curriculum of the branch of knowledge “Information Science and Computing Machinery” of the speciality 6.05010101 “Information and Management Systems and Technologies” and relates to a cycle of self-selection disciplines of higher education establishments. The purpose of the subject consists in studying the main tasks of mathematical programming based on the principles of fuzzy logic, data processing with application of neural networks and genetic algorithms.

Educational subject “Analysis and Reengineering of Business Processes within Information Systems Management Facilities”  is part of a variable portion of Specialist’s training curriculum of the branch of knowledge “Information Science and Computing Machinery” of the training programme 7.050101 “Computer Science”.  The training course is devoted to studying the modern level of managing the flow of business processes and the principles of information systems of business processes reengineering using modern technologies and standards of interaction in local and global networks.

Educational subject “Modelling of Dynamic Objects” is part of a variable portion of Specialist’s training curriculum of the branch of knowledge “Information Science and Computing Machinery” of the training programme 6.050101 “Computer Science”. The training course is devoted to studying the modern level of dynamic objects modelling, principles of construction of information system models having dynamic objects.
